“New Work”, a solo exhibition by Barry McGee, combines print work, sculptures, symmetric paintings that incorporate basic shapes, and 2D artwork presented as a 3D effect.

McGee’s work ties many different cultural influences together with contemporary art. McGee has showcased his work in London in nearly six years and the Modern Art Gallery in London is currently hosting his work until the 13th of August.

For those not in the know, Mcgee made his name as "Twist" while doing fresh graffiti art on the streets of San Francisco before graduating to gallery and museum exhibitions
