Feist, the Broken Social Scene turned solo indie superstar has plans for a star studded show in toronto to promote the release of her forthcoming album Metals.
On october 8th Feist along with Wilco's Jeff Tweedy, Grizzly Bear's Ed Droste, the Constantines' Bry Webb, the Hidden Cameras' Joel Gibb, Mocky, Doug Paisley, and more will take over Toronto's Glenn Gould Studio. This performance will be recorded and selected songs broadcast on The Canadian Broadcast Corporation on November 2nd. This is a celebration for The Canadian Broadcast Corporation's 75th anniversary.
After Feist's Toronto show she and her band (Minus the above mentioned all-stars) will take off on a tour of Europe and North America that stretches into December.
