The Arcade Fire set the world on fire in 2010 with the release of The Suburbs. Now in 2011 they're dropping The Deluxe Edition Reissue with all new bonus material.
It seems on right for The Arcade Fire to commemorate last year's release of The Suburbs, after all it did garner them a Grammy for Album Of The Year! This CD/DVD reissue includes new songs, "Culture War" and "Speaking in Tongues", the latter of which features vocal contributions from The Talking Heads frontman David Byrne. Also included on the CD is an extended version of The Suburbs track "Wasted Hours (A Life That We Can Live)".
The DVD features the short film Scenes From the Suburbs directed by Spike Jonze, as well as a behind-the-scenes documentary and the music video for the album's title track. This set also includes a booklet featuring 80 pages of photos from the film shoot as well as lyrics for the whole album.
